Journey to Self.

The lighthouse was never the tower. It’s the light moving through. So are you.

Years ago I got to build a meditation on the oldest idea there is… that the real you was never the body or the noise, but the light moving underneath all of it. To make it, I tuned into a frequency I’d been carrying for years and tried to amplify it. Every visual is an abstract of a self manifesting into light… sacred geometry, breathing and turning, light pulled up from within. For once, I wasn’t reaching for the light. I got to be the one pouring it out.

And it was a mountain. We built it into the old Amoeba Music building in Hollywood, the last great cathedral of vinyl, reborn as Lighthouse ArtSpace Los Angeles. 25,000 square feet of wrap-around walls. Two storeys of light surrounding you on every side. Ninety million pixels. Sixty thousand frames. Half a million cubic feet of moving light. That was the rock we pushed up the hill.

And it meant something where it landed. That same space was home to one of the first immersive experiences to go global… the Van Gogh one that swept the world. To get to fill those walls with my own light, in that lineage, is something I’ll carry forever.

We didn’t make it alone. A small circle of people, each a source of light, came together to be one lighthouse for a little while. The score does the heavy lifting… it carries the whole thing.

So soften your eyes and let it in. If you tune in, you can feel the frequency too… and on a hard day, that light is enough to lift someone out of the dark. That was always the idea: frequency you can feel. Love, at scale. This is just a small facet of the infrastructure for love and light we’re building.

Find somewhere quiet. Turn it up, go full screen, and let it carry you. There’s nothing to do here but breathe and remember.

A voice will guide you through it… take it simply as that: a voice, carrying a message far older than any of us. Take the light, leave the rest. The truth in here belongs to no one and to everyone.

Made by a small circle of people, each one a light… together, one lighthouse for a little while.

If it moved you, it might lift someone else out of the dark today.
